Ice Duchess Kneels

As the eternal winter apocalypse descends, mutated frost creatures rampage across the land, and the refuge of the royal city is ruled by a cold-blooded, authoritarian king. Andy, a scavenging boy from the slums of the outer city, awakens an ancient and long-forgotten supreme power—the "White Flame"—after protecting his younger sister during a wave of monsters, instantly incinerating hundreds of creatures within a hundred meters. This extraordinary power catches the king's greed; he seeks to drain Andy's blood to brew an elixir of immortality. Threatening to kill his sister, the king forces Andy into a 30-day life-or-death gladiatorial tournament in the royal arena.
