First Love in the Cage

Lena, a top supernatural biologist working for the unethical Pandora research institute, accidentally recognizes captive test subject 737 as Kyle, her childhood first love who saved her from a wildfire and vanished a decade prior. The institute’s director Valerio intends to harvest Kyle’s pure silvermoon werewolf genes to create controllable super soldiers and erase his consciousness via lobotomy. Risking her career and safety, Lena secretly tampers with sedative dosages, gathers irrefutable evidence of the lab’s illegal experiments, and gains help from sympathetic security guard Marcus. At the official ethics hearing, she exposes all the institute’s atrocities and the traitor who betrayed Kyle’s wolf pack. With the corrupt leadership arrested, Lena frees Kyle, resigns from Pandora, and opens an independent, humane biological research station in the desert where they live peacefully together with his surviving clan members.
