Hiker Amelia accidentally stumbled into a sinister family in the remote mountains of the U.S. After being imprisoned and sexually assaulted for a month, she unexpectedly awakened with telepathic abilities, uncovering the undercover betrayal of her companion, the young girl Lila. In the wilderness, she repeatedly escaped and killed the accomplices, teaming up with victim Emma to fight against organized crime and corrupt police. Despite Lila's repeated betrayals, she ultimately helped Amelia slaughter the criminal syndicate. In the end, Amelia survived against all odds, only to discover that her husband Henry was the real culprit—who had deliberately lured her into the lair in a plot to claim massive insurance money.
