Dragon Queen of the Arena

Princess Lyra of Asterion was usurped by her stepmother, who framed her for patricide, stripped her of her crown and threw her into the arena as a slave. Humiliated, auctioned off, and forced to fight against wild beasts and men on the blood-soaked sand, she unexpectedly awakened Nyxar, the black dragon chained in bondage. From that night onward, she no longer merely sought to survive — she would return riding a dragon, burn through the throne, and carve her way back to the city-state that rightfully belonged to her.
