Greenlight Queen

A half-plant, half-human girl, dismissed by everyone as nothing but a weed, saves a prince with a single tear—and gets pulled from the very bottom straight into the royal palace. The nobles mock her mixed blood, but she uses her plant powers to fight back and shut them down every single time. In the end, she refuses to become human, choosing instead to evolve into a higher-tier being—a "Spirit Planter"—and rises to become the Queen of All Things.
