Ghostly Regrets, Living Revenge

Luna Moon poured all her fortune into helping her husband Ashton Hale rebuild his business empire from the ashes, only to uncover his affair with Bella Reed when she was in the late stage of cancer. Bella not only fraudulently takes credit for saving Ashton’s life years ago, but has long been plotting in secret to seize everything Luna owns. With a broken heart, Luna leaves 30 million to secure her daughter Lila Moon’s future, then passes away consumed by physical agony and bitter resentment. Refusing to accept her mother’s death, five-year-old Lila drags Luna’s body on a wooden cart, kneeling and prostrating every three steps on a pilgrimage to Lingshan Mountain to pray for a miracle. She never stops even when her forehead is bloodied from constant bows. In the end, she trades her own life to bring her mother back, reborn under the new identity of “Rose Moon”. Concealing her past, Rose Moon leverages her extraordinary business talent and forms an alliance with CEO Hunter Owen to carry out her meticulous plan. She gradually takes over Jianghai Group, exposes Bella Reed’s web of conspiracies, and makes both Ashton Hale and his cruel mother pay for all their wrongdoings. Yet just as her vengeance is fulfilled and she is on the brink of happiness, she finally learns the truth behind her rebirth — her daughter has long walked the irreversible path of no return.
