Episode 1 / 40CubeTV

"The Fall of Granada leaves Moorish Queen Isabella imprisoned by King Felipe of Spain. Trapped in captivity, her only light comes from a forbidden book of celestial charts held by Carlos, the king’s younger brother. Bound together by the stars, they forge a forbidden romance amid the power struggles simmering within the court. Framed, hunted and driven to the brink of ruin, Isabella fights back using her knowledge of science. Carlos risks his very life to clear her name. When the king offers her a crown in exchange for her submission, Isabella chooses freedom instead. Carlos renounces his claim to the throne and follows her. In the end, power cannot chain them. They step beyond the palace walls and, under the shining stars, become rulers of their own fate."
