Snake-clan girl Sienna saves the wounded white snake Lucian and bears twins after their soul bond. Her second daughter Mira is stolen by Phoenix Princess Seraphina, who passes herself off as the birth mother and enters the Dragon Court. Five years later, Sienna returns to save her eldest daughter Mina, finds Mira, and awakens her maternal power to suppress dragon fire. She and Lucian expose Seraphina and Varek's plot, close the dark array at the northern old altar, and abolish the old laws. Lucian wins Sienna back, and the family of four reunites.
