EP 1 · Avenge · Maternal

In the Name of the Mother

Chloe seems to have the perfect life: a gentle husband named Gareth, a lovely daughter, and a happy home. No one knows that Gareth is the serial killer who tortured and murdered Chloe's mother. Three months ago, Chloe learns the truth. Hiding her grief, she plans flawless revenge. Exploiting Gareth's habits and psychological weaknesses, she lures him into a trap, drowns him in the bathtub, and stages it to look like an accident. The police rule her out, but her mother-in-law, Margaret, suspects her because of the position of a ring and refuses to let it go. Their fierce psychological battle begins. Finally, using Gareth's crimes and her daughter's future as leverage, Chloe silences Margaret and starts a new life in the sunlight with her daughter.
