Plot Twists Marriage Before Love

At the Elven Empire's mate-selection ceremony, Victoria discovers her fiancé has been secretly colluding with her sister Sophia. Heartbroken, she lets the Ring of Destiny fall onto a beggar named Alexander. She insists on marrying him, but is disowned by her father and humiliated by her sister. At the wedding, the beggar suddenly appears in fine clothes—and a wooden ring makes the priest kneel on the spot. His true identity is far more astonishing than she ever imagined.
