Asher, a short-lived snake demon, wears fake dragon horns and infiltrates the Dragon Clan Academy to survive past the age of twenty-two. He tricks Kyle, the Dragon Prince, into bonding with him for life and even conceives his dragon egg. However, he soon discovers that Kyle already has a fiancé chosen by the Dragon Council, and that Kyle has openly stated his hatred for snakes. Terrified, Asher hides his pregnancy and flees overnight, prompting the Dragon Clan to issue a wanted order. As Kyle investigates the truth, he gradually realizes he has long fallen in love with Asher. Defying the council’s opposition, he insists on searching for Asher and their child. In the end, Kyle finds Asher, fully accepts his identity as a snake demon, and stands with him to face the pressure from the Dragon Clan, protecting their child and their love together.
