Toxic Relationship stand-in

Noah Ulman has pursued Cindy Foster for six years. Their wedding is imminent, but Cindy's heart belongs only to her senior, Ryan Vaughn. To sever her attachments, she immerses herself in ascetic practices. Meanwhile, Noah, critically ill and heartbroken, decides to leave after undergoing surgery. However, Ryan steals his life-saving medication, and Noah collapses in the wedding room. By the time Cindy discovers the truth, it is already too late for regrets.
