Chen Haisheng, a young man from an East China Sea fishing village, only gets a worn‑out boat and the mute girl Ajiu when the family splits assets. He accidentally awakens a dragon‑shaped pendant that connects to a mystical sea realm. He earns huge fortunes with premium sea treasures from the ocean and Ajiu’s special powers. However, his elder brother Chen Hailong colludes with dock tyrant Zhao Debiao to frame him. Trapped in desperation, Ajiu unleashes her true dragon form. The two enter the Dragon Palace secret realm and obtain priceless treasures. Chen Haisheng builds a seafood brand, breaks market monopolies, and ultimately leads all the village fishermen to prosperity.
