Elma is the heir of the prestigious Edvan family, a Master Swordsman bloodline. In the crucial inheritance ceremony, the Ritual of Divine Blessing, he awakens the so-called defective Heavy Knight class. He is stripped of his inheritance right and unjustly exiled. At this time, he regains his past-life memories and realizes that this world is exactly the same as the VR online game Magic World he was addicted to. As such, he knows that Heavy Knight is actually the strongest class. Ousted from the family, he becomes an adventurer, making full use of his past-life game knowledge to efficiently conquer this world.
