Modern Substitute Wife Kickass Heroine Romance Anime

Wendy is set up by her half-sister, Vivian, and forced to marry into a wealthy family under the guise of being "a substitute bride for her sister"—unaware that the marriage was originally intended for Wendy all along, and Vivian had stolen her identity only to frame her as the replacement. On their wedding night, her new husband, Ethan, sees Wendy’s striking resemblance to his "late" girlfriend, Mia, who reportedly died in a car accident, and falls in love with her. However, Vivian continually sabotages them behind the scenes, leaving Wendy cold-shouldered and humiliated. Refusing to suffer any longer, Wendy flees. Five years later, she returns with her genius son to crush Vivian, reconcile with Ethan after clearing up their past misunderstandings, and uncover the ultimate truth: Vivian was the mastermind behind Mia’s car accident. In the end, Wendy, Ethan, and Mia—who has returned from faking her death—join forces to bring Vivian to complete ruin.
