The male protagonist descends the mountain and heads to the Qin family for an arranged marriage. On the way, he rescues the Qin family’s second daughter from kidnappers, and when a love curse suddenly activates, the two accidentally kiss. After arriving at the Qin residence, he reveals his identity from the Qingyun Sect and presents the Ten Thousand Clans Token, shocking the family patriarch into kneeling before him. The eldest Qin daughter refuses the marriage, so the second daughter willingly takes her place.
The protagonist then uses the Heavenly Physician Sacred Needles to cure the patriarch’s terminal stomach cancer. On the day they register their marriage, the leader of the Black Dragon Gang sends snipers to assassinate him. Armed with the Snow Dragon Spear, he takes on the gunmen alone, spinning the spear to block every bullet. Qin Zhiyi witnesses the entire battle and is left completely stunned.
