Too Late, Doctor: I'm The One Who's Out Of Reach Now

Episode 1 / 45MoboReels

Leanna Brooks returns to Clegend after a decade, having transformed her identity from Melinda Brooks due to a painful past with her first love, Shane Lloyd. She encounters Shane, now a doctor engaged to her client Averie, while seeking treatment for breast pain. Despite Leanna's efforts to remain hidden, Shane grows suspicious of her true identity, noticing numerous coincidences like shared phrases, allergies, and her grandmother's recognition. Leanna tries to build a new life, even feigning a relationship with her neighbor Evan, while grappling with her grandmother's dementia and her own health issues. Shane investigates Melinda's presumed death in a plane crash and his parents' role in her disappearance, struggling with the possibility that Leanna is Melinda. Leanna's professional success grows, but her personal life remains complicated by Shane's persistent pursuit and Averie's subtle tests. Ultimately, Shane confirms Leanna's true identity through physical marks, but Leanna, still wounded by the past, attempts to move on.
