After a private plane crashes near a remote island, medical student Dane becomes the only thing standing between three young women and certain death. As he leads Vale, Rune, and Wisp through storms, injuries, hunger, wild danger, and the secrets hidden inside an ancient cave, survival turns into something far more complicated. Each woman sees a different side of him: protector, equal, mystery, and desire. But when rescue finally comes, the island leaves them with one question no helicopter can answer: were their feelings born from survival, or did the island reveal what they wanted all along?
