A lethal female agent, Scarlett, and a cowardly getaway driver, Leo, are forced into a high-stakes delivery mission: escort an infant with a $100 million bounty across a lawless wasteland. What begins as a job for money turns into a desperate fight for survival as mob boss Victor, the Iron Blood Hounds, cyborg hunters, and the elite Upper City all come after the child. As Scarlett and Leo uncover that the baby is not cargo but a genetic key and heir to a dangerous throne, they stop running for the reward and start protecting him like family.
