The Last Quarterback

Episode 1 / 30PineDrama315.4K

Ten years ago, Jack Mercer, a prodigious NFL quarterback, was framed by financial tycoon Clayton and his agent Brock, who falsely accused him of match-fixing. Overnight, he fell from grace, and his career was completely ruined. Bearing the brunt of online condemnation, he retreated to a small town, lying low for a decade and working as a field maintenance worker at Las Creek Public High School, deliberately concealing his exceptional talent for football strategy. When a sudden crisis struck—the Las Creek high school team’s head coach walked out and the team teetered on the brink of collapse—Jack, who had kept a low profile for years, was forced to step in. With his precise on-field judgment, he spots a gap in the defense and guides Taylor to make a spectacular pass that astounds the entire stadium. From then on, Jack takes on the role of interim assistant coach, officially returning to the field. While he works to refine Taylor’s rebellious nature and rebuild the underdog team, he quietly embarks on a path of revenge to clear his name after a decade of injustice and confront the dark secrets of corporate corruption.
