Cole Shaw, an ace special forces soldier, is transported to Valerion borderlands. Faced with exploitation and oppression, he joins the army in his brother's place. When a foreign army threatens, Cole uses modern special ops tactics, cold weapons, and Penicillin to crush enemies. Relying on iron will and intelligence, he rises from a lowly recruit. Cole Shaw pacifies the frontier, becoming the State-Guardian Marshal of the north.
