Fantasy Intrigue politique Empereur et ministre

Legend has it that the saintly Elenor Dragon, to save the people of the New World and end the chaos, transformed her power into twelve contracts, creating twelve pioneers to rule the New World. A hundred years later, Elenor Dragon returns as a mortal. Arthur Morris, the Grand Master of the Inquisition, initially only intended to monitor Elenor Dragon, gradually becomes her most loyal guardian knight. This time, she will not only reclaim the contracts but also punish those who abuse them.
