The Thorned Queen follows Serena, a slum orphan exploited and betrayed by her cheating boyfriend Leo and vicious noble Isabella. Thrown into a deadly underground fight ring with a bomb collar, she is saved by Alexander, the feared Mafia Don bound to her by fate. Serena uncovers her true identity—the legitimate heir of the powerful Castello clan—and wages a brutal revenge against usurper Uncle Victor and the corrupt old guards. After dismantling human trafficking rings and rescuing hundreds of captive orphans, she builds Dawn Academy to give the vulnerable a new life. Yet the shadowy Viper Syndicate, the mastermind behind the Castello civil war, emerges as her deadliest foe. Her late grandfather left a half-black key to Europe’s secret Ultimate Archive, holding all evidence to wipe out the syndicate once and for all. Serena and Alexander now stand ready to hunt down every viper and protect the innocent.
