Shadow Covenant is a 40-episode urban crime suspense short drama. Jack Morrow, a former elite FBI agent, was fired five years ago after an undercover mission went awry, which led to his partner’s brutal death. He now runs the Rust Anchor Bar in Brooklyn while secretly disposing of bodies for the Gallo crime family. A scar bearing the bloody initials "R.C." on his left wrist is the last clue his partner Ray Sanchez left him before dying. Allison Carter, a rising young female FBI agent, investigates a string of serial murders committed with the exact same modus operandi as the case five years prior. Every fragment of evidence subtly points to a far deeper internal corruption scheme. An avenger’s elaborate game is slowly unfolding. The FBI, the criminal underworld, and the truth all simmer beneath the Rust Anchor.
