Elena Shaw of Wingate Security Agency encounters Miles Murray while on an escort mission. The two bicker as they travel together, navigate conspiracies and crises, grow from mutual annoyance to mutual trust, and eventually become partners who can entrust their backs to each other. The story proves that the martial arts world is no place for lone heroes, but for those who stand side by side.
