My Daughter Sold Me for $10K—Then Learned I Was a Billionaire

Episode 1 / 30PineDrama142.9K

To prevent her only daughter, Brittany, from becoming dependent on wealth from a young age, Victoria concealed her true identity in accordance with the succession training provisions of the family trust. She used her ex-husband’s surname, “Bennett,” lived with her daughter in a modest apartment in Brooklyn, and told others she was merely an operations manager in the property management division of the Ashford Group. Brittany had always believed her mother was responsible only for maintenance, cleaning, and tenant complaints. As long as Brittany completed her college education before turning twenty-five, maintained stable employment, had no major integrity issues, and passed the family trust committee’s assessment of her competence and character, she would be eligible to join the Ashford succession pool.
