Beneath the Socialite's Mask

Episode 18 / 18ReelShort

Celeste Martin, a gifted but exploited seamstress, dreams of fashion fame while her unscrupulous boss, socialite Seraphina Voss, steals credit for her genius. The final straw comes when Seraphina claims Celeste's masterpiece, the "Midnight Bloom" gown, and then bans Celeste from the very gala she was promised to attend. Celeste's luck turns when she is mistaken for the enigmatic Italian heiress, Alessia Visconti. Seizing the moment, she enters the exclusive high-society gala. There, her world collides with Liam Sterling, a billionaire whose broken heart is searching for something genuine. Their instant connection is undeniable, but the exhilarating lie of "Alessia Visconti" is a beautiful mask... One that threatens to shatter the moment the music stops.*This entry is participating in the ReelShort Reel Vertical Impact contest
