Phoenix Returns Home: Dominate the Six Palaces

Episode 1 / 40SodaReels

Su Lingwan, a modern-day woman, travels back in time with her own space dimension, inhabiting the body of an ancient empress who shares her name. She discovers that the original owner, despite her noble status, has become a target for bullying by everyone in the palace, leading her to binge-eat and become a 200-jin woman. Feeling indignant for the original owner, Su Lingwan uses her space dimension to strike back and turn the harem upside down. She begins by influencing the Emperor, then the Empress Dowager, and finally succeeds in losing weight, slapping the faces of everyone—led by the Noble Consort—who wanted to pull her down from the throne! She hides her identity while keeping a lover on the outside, only to realize that this lover is none other than the kingdom’s illustrious Great General. Consequently, Su Lingwan must employ various tactics to hide her true identity while navigating her relationship with him.
