A patient with dissociative identity disorder imagines himself a psychologist. He manipulates a traumatized woman via hypnosis and mentally torments her. The woman’s friend notices something odd and pretends to be hypnotized to set a trap and fight back. The truth unfolds: the so-called doctor is merely one of the patient’s split personalities, and the friend is actually his attending psychiatrist. This therapy fails to fully dispel his inner demons, and the crisis is far from over.
