Bought a Canned Factory on Blind Date Day!

Episode 1 / 57SodaReels

In the twelfth lunar month of 1983, Zhou Xiangnan, a modern food factory technician, accidentally transmigrated into the body of his namesake, an educated youth who had returned to the city without a formal job placement. He woke up right in the middle of a blind date. The original host was set to work as a temporary hand at a grain station. According to the hints in a mysterious ledger, Donghe Canning Factory would miss its chance to resume production, tomatoes in Hewan County would rot in the fields, and all factory workers would leave. At a state-run restaurant, Bai Xiaoqin publicly belittled him for lacking a stable government job, grain ration booklet and staff dormitory. She scoffed that his plan to take over the defunct canning factory was nothing but a daydream. After inheriting the original host’s memories, Zhou Xiangnan refused to submit to humiliation and bound himself to the County Revitalization Ledger. The ledger granted him no money for frivolous spending; instead, it provided short-term risk warnings, small development funds, equipment maintenance tips and supply-and-demand leads.
