The Ugly Duckling's Big Transformation: The Face-Swap Game

Episode 1 / 30SodaReels

An Yan, a talented designer constantly discriminated against due to her unattractive appearance, is coerced by her boss, Sun Tianyu, into becoming a puppet for his company. She secretly creates designs for Zhou Qianqian, who reaps all the success while colluding with Sun in an increasingly arrogant manner. Driven to the edge, An Yan decides to expose the truth online, but no one believes she is the real designer. Instead, she faces a storm of cyberbullying. In her darkest moment, rather than giving up, she seeks out Mu Yan, Sun's rival, and proposes a deal: she asks for help to go abroad for cosmetic surgery, promising to return and help take down Sun's company. Recognizing her as the girl who saved him in childhood, Mu Yan agrees. After three years, An Yan returns under a new name and the identity of a celebrated overseas designer, openly challenging Zhou Qianqian. With each encounter, An Yan fearlessly gathers evidence of Sun and Zhou's years of misconduct, ultimately bringing them to justice. After acquiring Sun's company, she supports up-and-coming designers, establishing herself as a powerful industry figure.
